Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive, Engineer & Maintenance

Oversees the overall factory engineering operations, equipment maintenance management, engineering project execution and facility reliability of the brewery production plant. The incumbent will lead daily maintenance of core brewery production systems and machineries, supervise engineering project implementation, conduct operational data analysis, prepare systematic management reports, and optimize equipment efficiency and production stability. This role requires 5–6 years of factory engineering & maintenance experience with comprehensive knowledge of brewery-specific/ relevant systems, ERP system operation and data-driven engineering management.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee full-cycle maintenance and routine inspection of all brewery core equipment and systems, including air compressor system, ammonia gas system, CIP (Clean-in-Place) system, boiling system, cooling system, full packing lines, factory facilities and all production machineries.
• Lead and execute factory engineering improvement projects, equipment upgrade projects, maintenance optimization projects and facility renovation projects, responsible for project planning, progress tracking, resource coordination and final delivery.
• Establish and update equipment maintenance SOP, preventive maintenance schedule, breakdown maintenance workflow and equipment safety management standards.
• Monitor daily equipment operation status, analyze equipment failure causes, formulate improvement plans to reduce downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Manage engineering and maintenance department daily operations, supervise maintenance team's daily work, allocate manpower and optimize work efficiency.
• Perform regular factory engineering data statistics, sorting and in-depth data analysis, summarize equipment operation trends, maintenance cost and failure frequency.
• Operate and manage engineering & maintenance modules in factory ERP system, update equipment data, maintenance records, spare parts inventory and project progress timely and accurately.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc engineering & maintenance management reports, project progress reports, equipment performance analysis reports for factory management review.
• Ensure full compliance with factory safety regulations, industrial mechanical & electrical safety standards and ammonia gas system operational safety requirements.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse and procurement departments to support smooth production operation and equipment spare parts management.
• Conduct technical training and skill improvement guidance for maintenance team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering field.
• 5–6 years of solid working experience in factory engineering and maintenance management, preferably in F&B, brewery or manufacturing industry.
• Profound hands-on experience in maintaining and managing air compressor system, ammonia gas system, CIP system, boiling & cooling system, packing production lines, factory facilities and production machineries.
• Rich experience in factory engineering project planning, execution, tracking and closing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced data analysis, report formatting, PPT presentation) for engineering reporting and data sorting.
• Fully competent in ERP system operation for engineering data recording, maintenance record management and spare parts data updating.
• Strong capability of industrial data analysis, problem troubleshooting and technical improvement.
