Overview of Position:
Are you passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities We are hiring anAssistant Manager, Talent Acquisitionto take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and engaging candidates to onboarding exceptional employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract a diverse, skilled, and high-calibre talent pool.
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and develop targeted hiring plans.
Source candidates using multiple channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding.
Employer Branding
Support initiatives to strengthen our employer brand and promote our company as an employer of choice through strategic campaigns and outreach efforts.
Reporting & Analytics
Track recruitment metrics and provide insights through regular reporting to measure success and optimize hiring efforts.
Other Duties
Take on additional tasks as needed to support the broader goals of the HR team and organization.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
A proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for recruitment and talent engagement.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work location:
Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Remuneration:
Up to RM6,500
