Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
· Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking events.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
· Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
· Manage job postings and maintain the manual applicant tracking record to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
· Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
· Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
· Conduct onboarding for new hires, including facilitating orientation sessions, explaining company policies and procedures, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
· Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience within Recruitment or similar role, with a track record of successfully recruiting candidates across various levels and functions.
· Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
