Job OverviewWe are seeking highly driven and experienced Sales Immigration Consultants to join our international recruitment and migration team. This role is open to foreign applicants with strong sales backgrounds and proven ability to influence, persuade, and close deals.
You will be responsible for promoting migration job opportunities, converting leads into successful hires, and guiding candidates through the full recruitment and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell migration employment opportunities to international candidates
- Conduct persuasive consultations via calls, messaging, and virtual platforms
- Convert leads into successful applicants through strong closing techniques
- Provide clear guidance on job opportunities, relocation process, and requirements
- Manage end-to-end candidate pipeline from lead generation to onboarding
- Achieve and consistently meet individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate closely with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth hiring process
Requirements- Open to foreign nationals / expatriates
- Must have solid sales experience (recruitment, telesales, insurance, migration, or similar industry preferred)
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Confident, resilient, and highly target-driven personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, Microsoft tools, online communication platforms)
- Willing to relocate or work in Malaysia (if applicable)
