A DAY IN A LIFE OF

The Flexi Group, a fast-growing co-working company, is seeking a creative and dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to join our high-performing marketing team. In this expansive and multifaceted role, you will be closely involved in the development and execution of campaigns designed to promote the Flexi Group brand and services across all markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content production, events, project management, paid digital marketing campaigns, partnerships and much more. As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be a self-starter, idea-generator, and problem-solver, ready to tackle a multitude of challenging projects and overcome obstacles in innovative ways.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in managing all digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and online advertising
  • Oversee website content, design, and user experience to optimize for lead generation and conversions. Update and maintain website content, landing pages, and user experience
  • Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy across social media, EDMs, and websites for SEO optimisation
  • Assist Social Media manager in planning, schedule, and manage day-to-day social media content and engagement
  • Create and edit basic photo and video content for digital platforms (using CapCut and Canva)
  • Assist in monitoring and optimising social media and paid ad performance (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
  • Track KPIs and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights with the Ad ops team
  • Work closely with events and partnership teams, to coordinate partnerships (liaising in contracts with partners), sponsorships, and KOL/influencer collaborations
  • Support planning and execution of events, activations, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, ops/sales, community, event & partnerships) on brand creatives to be executed on marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Design team to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand
  • Identify potential partner companies and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships

Requirements

  • University Degree holder in Marketing, communications, or any related discipline preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Native English and Malay speaker, any additional languages would be an advantage
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating content for a variety of channels
  • Creative, solution-oriented and fast learner
  • Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut)
  • Experience in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager
  • Experienced in managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid search platforms
  • Familiar with social media management platforms (such as Facebook Business Manager) and proven track record of implementing successful social media marketing (SMM) strategies
  • Comfortable analysing data and campaign performance
  • Passion for the co-working/startup ecosystem and a desire to contribute to our vibrant community
