Purpose of Job
This role supports and executes the branding/ marketing and wellness event programme management initiatives by coordinating campaigns, managing logistics, collaboration with business partners/ vendors, and ensuring smooth delivery and event‑related activities for Employee Benefits and Corporate Wellness solutions.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
1) Branding/Marketing Support
- Provide marketing support for Employee Benefits and Wellness initiatives, campaigns, and promotions.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, decks, newsletters, and digital content etc.
- Support Employee Benefits's branding consistency across all marketing collaterals and communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams (globally/ regionally/ locally) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Assist in tracking marketing activities, timelines, and basic reporting.
2) Event Management Support
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, including wellness talks, briefings, roadshows, launches, workshops, and client engagement sessions.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor sourcing and evaluation, vendor liaison, materials preparation, registration management, and on-site event support.
- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality delivery and cost efficiency in line with event requirements and budgets.
- Maintain event timelines and schedules, ensuring all activities are delivered within agreed deadlines and allocated budgets.
- Support post-event processes, including feedback collection, performance reporting, and follow-up actions to drive continuous improvement.
3) Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Act as a support liaison between internal stakeholders, wellness providers, vendors, and partners.
- Assist sales and business development teams by providing marketing and event support as required.
- Support vendor sourcing, coordination, and basic administrative tracking when necessary.
4) Reporting & Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing marketing decks, proposals, and event summaries for management and internal meetings.
- Maintain documentation for marketing materials, events, and vendor engagements.
- Provide general marketing and event‑related administrative support and handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Company and/or Group policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and deal with correspondence appropriately.
Representing the Company
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required.
Knowledge and Experience and Skill
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of related working experience with exposure to coordinating projects or teams.
- Prior experience in marketing support, event coordination, wellness programmes, insurance, healthcare, or employee benefits will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Familiar with marketing and design tools such as Canva and presentation design platforms.
- Strong coordination, organisation, and follow‑through skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and email marketing tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable using project or event management tools to track timelines and deliverables.
