Location: Johor Bahru
The role is to assist the Conformity Assessment Department (CAD) & Training Division (TD)
in carrying out day-to-day activities, including documentation, coordination, and support tasks related to CAD and TD services.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline from a recognized University/ Institute. Preferably in IT/ Office Management background.
- Minimum 1-year experience in administrative/ data analysis/ office management
- Excel in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal & communication.
- Experience in handling ISO Certification Process would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist CAD in documentation, coordination, and administrative support related to certification and audit activities.
- Support TD in managing training programs for external clients, including client registration, training logistics, preparation of materials, and post-training documentation.
- Liaise with clients, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Assist in preparing invoices and following up on payments with clients.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for both CAD and TD activities.
