Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role based in Shah Alam. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist in developing and executing sales strategies, managing client portfolios, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with key clients, meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and preparing reports. The role demands a proactive approach toward customer engagement and ensuring consistent business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, business development, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
  • Proficiency in preparing sales presentations and reporting data effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the distribution sector or specialty chemicals is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
