Ansell is looking for a Assoc Manager, Supply Chain to join our team in Cyberjaya!

In this position you will be responsible for ensuring end‑to‑end supply chain reliability across planning, production, logistics, and supplier management. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain a stable product supply, drive daily operational execution, and support initiatives that strengthen supply chain resilience. By proactively identifying risks and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, this position helps uphold high customer service levels and contributes to the performance of the global Scientific BU supply network.

What your role will be

You will be:

  • Support end‑to‑end supply chain connectivity and alignment by collaborating with RCM, GCM, Planning, Buyers, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
  • Assist the Planning team with capacity analysis, providing insights that support optimal capacity utilization across suppliers and manufacturing sites.
  • Contribute to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including recommendations for CBO mitigation, capacity management, and buy‑option decisions for multi‑sourced products.
  • Drive improvements in key operational performance metrics—such as Customer Backorders (CBO), Internal STP, and Internal OTIF—through root cause analysis, action tracking, and effective cross‑functional coordination.

What will you bring to Ansell

  • Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in supply chain planning, operations, procurement, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Travelling is required
