Job Purpose
Assist in administrative requirements to support Share Margin Financing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Issuance of Letter Offer (LO) for New Application & Increase Facility Limit:
- i. Draft the Letter Offer (LO) and email to Credit Evaluation & Review Department (CERD) for vetting.
- ii. Prepare LO and sends the LO to respective branches (DRs).
- For Annual Review (Approved Facility Limit >RM5m) and Bulk Annual Review (Approved Facility Limit RM5m & Below) to issue letter of notification and send email to Dealer's Representative (DRs):
- i. Issues the letter for any recall of facility to clients and DRs.
- ii. Issues the letter of notification of the Change of Terms & Conditions
- iii. Email to DRs for reference and post the letter to the Borrowers.
- For Change of Margin of Finance (MOF) and Pricing Variation Request
- i. Issues the letter of notification of the Change of Terms & Conditions
- ii. Issues the letter of notification of the Change of Pricing
- iii. Email to DRs for reference and post the letter to clients
- Any other tasks to be assigned from time to time
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
