What You'll Do
- Perform day-to-day accounting operation including journal entries, bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation;
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances;
- Handle the preparation of the month end closing procedures in a timely manner;
- Maintenance of proper filing and financial records;
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements for external reporting and audit purposes
- Assisting tax team tax such as the collection of invoices, issuance of invoices as well as periodical tax filing
What You'll Need
- Diploma or a degree in Accounting/Finance/Business;
- 1-2 years experiences. Regional experience is an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Chinese;
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and maturely with dedication;
- Commitment to quality and timely service delivery;
- Ability to be a team player and act professionally and ethically;
- Globally minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones;
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
