Role Overview:
The Associate Manager, Campaign Operations & Quality Assurance is responsible for the operational execution, validation, and quality assurance of growth, loyalty, CRM, and ecosystem campaigns across the platform.
This role ensures campaigns are accurately configured, operationally ready, and delivered with high quality standards to minimise customer friction, operational risks, and fulfilment errors. The role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure campaigns are launched on time while maintaining strong governance and customer experience outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Campaign Operations Execution
- Support end-to-end campaign operationalisation from setup through post-launch monitoring.
- Configure campaign mechanics including: Voucher setup, Reward issuance rules, User eligibility conditions & Redemption workflows.
- Ensure campaigns are prepared according to agreed timelines and operational standards.
- Coordinate campaign launch readiness with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance during live periods to detect fulfilment or operational issues.
- Support troubleshooting with Product or Engineering teams when required.
- Track reward fulfilment completion and exception cases.
Campaign Quality Assurance (QA)
- Perform pre-launch quality assurance checks including:
- Mechanics validation.
- User eligibility testing.
- Reward issuance accuracy.
- Redemption journey testing.
- Conduct UAT testing and document testing outcomes.
- Identify configuration errors or system risks prior to campaign go-live.
- Maintain QA documentation and validation checklists.
- Implement strong governance and audit processes for voucher and rewards inventory accuracy.
Stakeholder & Project Management
Work closely with:
- Growth Marketing team
- Loyalty & Partnerships
- Gamification & Engagement
- Strategy
- CRM.
- Product and Engineering teams
- Customer Service Operations.
- Clarify campaign mechanics and operational requirements.
- Follow up on dependencies to ensure timely campaign delivery.
Customer Experience & Issue Management
- Support customer excellence initiatives by ensuring smooth redemption journeys.
- Prepare operational FAQs and support materials where required.
- Investigate campaign-related customer complaints and fulfilment issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Operational Governance & Compliance
- Ensure campaigns comply with internal governance and regulatory standards.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation including:
- Campaign setup records.
- QA approvals.
- Fulfilment tracking.
- Escalate operational risks or potential compliance issues.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years experience in Growth operations, campaign operations, CRM operations, or digital platform operations.
- Experience in fintech, eCommerce, or growth marketing operations preferred.
- Independent, organized, driven, have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills;
- Strong problem-solving skill, identify the right analysis, tools and data sources to find answer to specific problems;
- Effectively performs analysis with minimal error and present output of analysis and insights;
- Data driven with strong analytical skills to drive business impact based on data insights;
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel or dashboards).
- Understanding of voucher or reward fulfilment systems.
- UAT or QA testing experience
- Team player and effectively collaborates with other teams to build trusted relationship;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
