What should you do
Product Development & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of product development
- Coordinate the design development process, including concept reviews, artwork approvals, and product specifications
- Manage sample development, testing, and internal assessments prior to production
- Track product development timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule
Vendor & Partner Management
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and design partners to manage production timelines and deliverables
- Facilitate design approvals, revisions, and sample feedback between internal teams and partners
- Monitor supplier progress to ensure quality and timeline commitments are met
Production & Distribution Coordination
- Support production planning and inventory distribution across sales channels
- Work with distribution partners to arrange stock allocation and delivery timelines
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing team on product design direction and marketing materials
- Support campaign preparation for product launches and promotions
- Coordinate internally with stakeholders to ensure product readiness for launch
Who should join us
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Product Management or related field
- 13 years experience in product development, merchandising, project coordination, or similar roles
- Experience working with vendors, suppliers, or manufacturers is an advantage
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills
- Good communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Passion for consumer products, collectibles, or branded merchandise is a plus
