Support project-based initiatives to identify and implement solutions for new opportunities and business challenges in Shopee's Cross-Border Business, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Collaborate across multiple functions including Business Development, Operations, and Logistics to support opportunity sizing, issue diagnosis, and process optimization efforts.
Assist in developing project plans and timelines, track progress, and follow up on action items to help ensure projects meet expected goals.
Prepare project materials and status reports, including updates on progress, issues, and risks help maintain clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.
Support analysis of key business performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to process improvement proposals based on industry best practices and internal strategy.
Coordinate internal and external communications required for project execution.
Derive actionable insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis to support data-informed decision making.

Cross-Border 비즈니스 내 신규 기회 및 이슈 과제를 프로젝트 형태로 수행하며 해결 방안 도출 및 실행을 지원합니다.
BD/운영/물류 등 다양한 조직과 협업하여 기회 및 문제를 정의하고, 데이터 기반으로 원인을 분석하며 개선 과제 도출을 지원합니다.
프로젝트 계획과 일정 수립을 지원하고, 진행 상황을 추적하며 액션 아이템을 팔로업하여 목표 달성을 지원합니다.
프로젝트 현황 보고서 작성을 지원하며(진행 상황/이슈/리스크), 산출물과 문서를 체계적으로 관리합니다.
핵심 KPI 및 성과 지표를 분석하여 프로세스 개선 및 재설계 아이디어 도출을 지원합니다.
프로젝트 수행 과정에서 내.외부 커뮤니케이션 및 이해관계자 조율 업무를 지원합니다.
정량/정성 분석을 통해 실행 가능한 인사이트를 도출하고, 데이터 기반 의사결정을 지원합니다.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above with 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
Exposure to project work across the full lifecycle including planning, execution, and tracking, even if under guidance.
Basic experience or a strong understanding of KPI tracking and analysis, with the ability to translate data into practical next steps.
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills and comfort with numbers and structured problem-solving.
Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn, with the ability to take ownership of assigned workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs.
Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Experience in a management consulting firm or related fields.

학사 학위 이상 보유자로, 2-4년 이상의 관련 실무 경험을 보유하신 분
프로젝트 전 과정(기획, 실행, 진행 관리) 수행 경험 보유하신 분
KPI 트래킹 및 분석 지원을 경험하신 분
논리적 사고력과 분석 역량이 뛰어나신 분
한국어 및 영어로 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가능하며, 협업을 위한 관리 역량을 갖추신 분
팀워크를 중시하며, 긍정적인 태도로 학습과 지식 공유에 적극적인 분
주도적으로 담당 업무에 대한 오너십을 가지고 높은 완성도로 수행 가능하신 분
디테일에 강하고 업무를 체계적으로 정리할 수 있으며 우선순위를 효과적으로 관리 가능하신 분
컨설팅사 또는 유관 분야 근무 경험 보유하신 분
