About the Job
- Handle day-to-day operations of Group Voluntary and Group Endowment Schemes that include Group Yearly Renewable Voluntary Participation Schemes, Group Retirement Benefit Scheme, Property Reward Scheme and MRTA scheme.
- Provide satisfactory customer service to corporate clients, intermediaries and walk-in customers/assured members.
- Handle Customers enquiries and provide satisfactory customer service in closing the matter.
Job Scope
- To ensure on time processing of new & renewal schemes, alteration (major & minor) processing and reporting.
- To issue trial bill and ensure accuracy of premium billed in relation to clients requests.
- Ensure prompt issuance and dispatch of Renewal Billings.
- To provide friendly and effective phone enquiries from all touch points and channels.
- To handle daily BAU according to Standard Operation Procedures.
- To ensure up to date filing of records including billings, correspondence letters, claim documents, policy contracts and Endorsements.
- To ensure queries and complaints are handled and responded within the Standard Process.
- To handle enquiries and render administration services to all the group corporate client and intermediaries.
- To calculate surrenders & maturity claims and prepare the respective claims worksheets
- Preparation of standard letters for related policies, claims payments, monthly debit notes and upload of all related documents.
- Clients creation in GMBS400 & Life/Asia system.
- Preparation & Sort the Annual Statement.
- Review and amendment of Standard Operating Procedures annually.
- Involve and assist in any meeting and project.
We are looking for people who
- Min 2 to 3 years experience in life insurance industry & well versed with group insurance products. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good accounting knowledge in life insurance practices.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills esp. MS Office/Dbase.
- Knowledgeable in customer service benchmarking and networking skills.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
