The Role
As the
Content and Campaigns Associate, you are the hands-on operator of Klook's Social Engine. You will use AI-powered workflows to ensure everything that ships meets Klook's creative and brand standards.
What You'll Do
Content Engine Operations
- Social listening and intelligence: flag trends that are relevant to Klook's audience and markets, and escalate high-potential signals
- Review asset briefs (graphics, captions, short-form copy) for brand fit and consistency, and platform fit before they go live
- Execute campaign localisation workflows: adapt global campaign assets for specific markets, ensuring tone, references, and visual language land correctly across markets
- Maintain the social content dashboard - ensure data is accurate, up to date, and surfacing the right metrics for all teams to act on
Asset Production & Creative Support
- Produce and adapt video and static assets across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube formats - resizing, reformatting, and adjusting copy for each platform's requirements
- Support in turning campaign briefs into ready-to-publish content, handling the production pipeline from first draft to final asset
- Build and maintain a library of reusable templates, brand-approved visual elements, and format-specific guidelines
- Coordinate with the Kreator Ops team when campaigns require creator-generated content alongside Klook-produced assets
- Community Engagement Operations
- Manage the DM and comment system: review inbound messages, respond to routine queries using approved templates, and escalate sensitive or complex issues
- Monitor Klook's social accounts for brand-relevant conversations, emerging complaints, and engagement opportunities
- Track and report on engagement metrics from community interactions, identifying patterns that inform content strategy
Campaign Execution Support
- Support end-to-end campaign execution: track deliverables, flag delays, ensure assets are delivered to the right channels on schedule
- Compile post-campaign performance snapshots using standardised reporting templates, surfacing key metrics and initial observations for the strategy team to analyse
- Maintain the campaign activity tracker - a single source of truth for what is live, what is in production, and what is upcoming across all markets
What You'll Need
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media operations, content production, or digital marketing execution, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce, marketplace, or platform business
- Hands-on proficiency with social content tools: Canva, CapCut, or equivalent; comfortable producing assets that are platform-native, not just designed
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content formats, trends, and algorithm behaviours
- Experience working with AI-assisted tools or willingness to learn quickly: you are comfortable reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs rather than starting everything from scratch
- Detail orientation that borders on obsessive: you catch the wrong font, the misaligned caption, etc
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams such as campaign deadlines, community responses, and dashboard updates
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with social listening or monitoring tools (example Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, or similar)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI workflow tools - you have experimented with using AI to speed up content production
- Background in a regional or multi-market role where you had to adapt content across cultures and languages
If you thrive in fast execution, care about craft even at speed, and want to be part of a team that is redefining how social commerce operates - we want to hear from you.
