About the Role

We're looking for top talent to play a key role in scaling and managing our international business, with a strong focus on the Australia, UK, and US markets.

As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you'll sit at the intersection of product, operations, and customer insight. You'll help shape the future of PostCo by working closely with our retailers, identifying patterns and feedback, contributing to product decisions, and building systems that allow us to scale globally.

This role requires strong product thinking and technical curiosity. You should be comfortable building and automating workflows using AI tools such as n8n, and have a good understanding of different cultures and user dynamics across our international markets.

What You'll Do

• Develop first-principles strategies to support retailers across 20+ countries
• Support brands end-to-end, from onboarding and setup to troubleshooting and feature adoption
• Work closely with engineering to report, document, and reproduce bugs
• Surface insights and trends from customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions
• Build models, workflows, and experiments using AI and automation tools (e.g. n8n)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, and other teams to help scale PostCo

Job Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience in a startup, partnerships, consulting, or investment banking role (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Fast learner with the ability to take on increasing responsibility quickly
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and turn ideas into action

Pay & Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is MYR 60,000 – MYR 72,000. For candidates with more senior experience, we may offer a Senior Associate title with an annual salary range of MYR 78,000 – MYR 102,000. The final package will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and career level.
