Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Auto Loan Consultant role based in Melaka. The primary responsibility of the Auto Loan Consultant is to assist customers in securing hire purchase financing for Proton vehicles. Daily tasks include assessing customer needs, providing tailored financial solutions, assisting with loan applications, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and lending institutions. Additionally, the role involves building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service throughout the financing process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Loans and Financial Services
• Understanding of Finance and Sales strategies
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client concerns and build relationships
• Ability to assess financing needs and provide tailored solutions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the automotive or financial industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
