Deliver and support foundational corporate banking and credit programmes, including corporate banking fundamentals, financial statement analysis, and core credit concepts
Apply practical banking and credit experience to ensure learning content is clear, relevant, and aligned with business and risk priorities
Support the design, localisation, and delivery of learning materials across classroom and virtual formats, including introductory programmes on internal credit policies, procedures, and key systems
Co own and curate learning content beyond credit in collaboration with faculty leads and SMEs, including ESG, introductory financial markets, data and analytics, and commercial judgement
Integrate credit concepts with ESG, markets, and data topics to promote holistic risk and commercial thinking
Coordinate with internal SMEs and external vendors to deliver focused workshops and learning sessions
Support ongoing faculty initiatives, curriculum enhancements, and regional learning priorities, and act as faculty support or proxy in selected initiatives or discussions, as required
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance programme relevance, effectiveness, and learner engagement
Support other facilitators and the learning operations team, and perform additional duties as assigned
Key Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree.
4-5 years of related experience in corporate banking and credit analysis.
Any credit related certificate or eLearning certification such as Moody's, AICB (Chartered Bankers) etc.
A good understanding of the corporate banking industry, with strong banking knowledge such as credit, financial products, banking facilities, banking operation, etc.
Relationship Manager or operation experience in a Corporate Banking environment. (Presentation to external / internal customer would be an added advantage).
