You will support the team across several key areas

• Assist in mapping current bancassurance workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Support initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency

• Support the development and coordination of sales campaigns and customer engagement initiatives

• Contribute ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer experience

• Assist in analyzing sales performance, product participation, and portfolio trends

• Support pipeline tracking and ensure reporting accuracy

• Help prepare performance summaries and insights

• Support preparation of presentation materials for weekly and monthly business updates

• Assist in consolidating data and insights for internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For

• Undergraduate or graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related fields

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Good communication and ability to present ideas clearly

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Able to commit for a minimum of 12 weeks

• Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to learn

• Able to think logically and approach problems in a structured way

• Shows initiative while being comfortable working within guidance

• Has an interest in banking, insurance, or wealth management

• Works well in a team environment and engages positively with stakeholders
