About the role

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with the company's standards and recipes. Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages in accordance with the company's standards and recipes

• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Work independently with initiative, as well as in a team to ensure a smooth operation

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene guidelines

• Assist in other areas of operations when required, such as answering retail queries from customers, taking orders using POS, food preparation, and cleaning

About you

• Min. 1-2 years of experience

• Passion for coffee, beverages, and creativity

• Ability to experiment and innovate with flavors and ingredients

• Good understanding of taste balance (sweet, sour, bitter, etc.)

• Positive attitude, team player, and good communication skills

• Attention to detail and consistency
