Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Brand Executive, based in Petaling Jaya, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Brand Executive will be responsible for executing and managing brand marketing plans, developing brand strategies, performing market research, and ensuring the effective management of brand-related communications. The role also involves collaborating across teams, monitoring market trends, and contributing to the growth and positioning of Kao Malaysia's brands in the market.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Brand Strategy and Brand Management
  • Experience in Market Research and understanding consumer insights
  • Proficiency in Communication and Brand Marketing
  • Teamwork, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the Health & Beauty Care and Hygiene & Living Care industries is an advantage
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
