OLEAs a Brand Executive, you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, product launches, retail activations, and brand-building activities across our luxury fragrance portfol

Working closely with the Brand Manager, retail teams, agencies, and brand principals, you will play an important role in ensuring campaigns are successfully executed and brand standards are consistently maintained across all customer touchpoi

KEY RESPONSIBI

LITIES
Brand Management & Marketing

  • SupportSupport the execution of brand and marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business
  • growth.Work closely with the Brand Manager to implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional acti
  • vities.Coordinate with global brand principals and partners to localize marketing assets and ensure alignment with brand guid
  • elines.Maintain brand consistency across retail, digital, social media, and customer communication ch
  • annels.Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance brand visibility and customer enga

gement.
Campaigns & Product

  • LaunchesSupport the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional init
  • iatives.Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed according to s
  • chedule.Work with internal teams, creative agencies, and vendors to develop marketing materials, POSM, visual merchandising assets, and campaign col
  • lateral.Assist in managing product launch preparations, including sampling programs, promotional materials, and launch lo
  • gistics.Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and effectively across all touc

Retail & Trade

Consumer Engagement & Brand A

REQUIREMENT


  • QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a
  • related field.Below or 1 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, retail marketing, trade marketing, or
  • related roles.Experience in beauty, fragrance, luxury retail, FMCG, lifestyle, consumer brands, or agency environments i

s an advantage.
