Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join BBD Operations department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and managing complex business operations. They will lead the X-function team, overseeing portfolio management, trade and classification processes, product licensing, and royalty management. Additionally, they will ensure the smooth operation of new business models, support accurate forecasting and shipment processes, and control R&D CAPEX and OPEX.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Lead the X-function team, driving operational excellence and strategy for the Broadband Device BU.
- Manage portfolio, trade, and classification processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Handle product licenses, and royalty management aspects.
- Assure smooth operations for new business models, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Support accurate forecasting, shipment planning, and execution, working closely with supply chain partners.
- Govern multi-source BOM health, identifying and mitigating risks related to component shortages and excess inventory.
- Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams on supplier change requests and discontinuity management.
- Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, maintaining a strong governance framework.

Key Skills And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of portfolio management, trade processes, and licensing agreements.
- Experience in managing complex supply chain operations, including component sourcing and procurement.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards, ensuring compliance in operations.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
