Hi good day!
My name is Edmar from Aurous Consultancy. We are currently seeking a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience, preferably with a strong background in testing and hands-on experience on leading testers.
Position: Business Analyst
Location: Menara Prudential, TRX, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Set-Up: On Site
Contract: 12 months renewable (performance basis)
Role Overview:
Responsible for designing and optimizing digital service journeys to improve customer experience and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance end-to-end customer journeys, identifying pain points and opportunities.
Gather and translate business requirements into clear documentation and test scenarios.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Project, IT, Operations, Product, Customer Service) to deliver seamless digital service experiences aligned with Shariah principles.
Lead and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution, defect tracking, and documentation.
Provide guidance or leading testers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Prepare training guides, conduct user training, and perform operational readiness testing for system go-live.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in leading testers during UAT.
Knowledge of insurance or takaful industry is an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently, in teams, and in a fast-paced environment.
