Job Type: Contract Position

Key Responsibilities & Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in finance and banking, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline .

• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within financial services, preferably supporting reconciliation, accounting, or operations platforms.

•Demonstrated experience working with reconciliation systems (e.g., FIS DIM, TLM, SmartStream, or similar) supporting account balancing, break management, and exception handling.

•Hands-on experience defining and documenting:

•Business requirements

• Data rules, matching logic, tolerances, and thresholds

• Data mappings between upstream and downstream systems

•Experience supporting data governance, data quality, or reference/master data management in a controlled environment.

•Proven involvement in change management, including impact analysis, requirement traceability, and support of approval workflows.

•Experience partnering with data creators, reviewers, curators, or approvers to implement and govern data changes.

•Familiarity with audit, risk, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, internal controls, regulatory reporting).

•Experience supporting UAT, data validation, and reconciliation testing.

•Strong background working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Technology, Risk, and Audit teams.
