The Qualifications We Seek

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology environments, preferably within the Construction Management or Project Management industry
• Strong technical literacy, with the ability to understand and discuss code-level concepts
• Experience working directly with Product, Development, and QA teams using Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to conduct impact analysis and support change management initiatives
• Strong experience analyzing use cases and user stories to create detailed and comprehensive acceptance criteria covering all scenarios
• Experience using Jira or similar Agile tools
• Comfortable leveraging AI in day-to-day work

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop and demonstrate a strong understanding of Construction Management systems, including features and functions
• Work closely with Product, Development, and QA teams to analyse user stories and use cases and create detailed acceptance criteria
• Schedule and facilitate workshops with Product teams or SMEs to refine and capture all requirements
• Contribute to the design of new features and collaborate with Development teams to break down solutions
• Analyse existing systems to conduct accurate impact analysis for changes and new feature introductions
• Act as a liaison between Development and Product teams to clarify questions and requirements
• Collaborate with developers to address technical requirements
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve usability
• Conduct Business Acceptance Testing to validate critical business functions, ensure requirements alignment, and confirm system stability before downstream testing
