Job Summary:

• Bridge hospital users, business stakeholders and the technology team by understanding workflows and translating them into clear, testable solution requirements. You will help ensure that what we build is practical, well-defined and aligned with customer outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Engage users and stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, objectives and constraints.
• Document as-is and to-be workflows, business rules, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare user stories, use cases, process maps, requirement specifications and meeting records.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and clarify scope with Product, Project, Engineering, QA and Customer Success teams.
• Analyse change requests, dependencies, gaps and impacts before development or configuration begins.
• Support solution walkthroughs, user acceptance testing, training and implementation readiness.
• Maintain traceability from requirement through testing, delivery and customer acceptance.
• Use data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
• Assist with product documentation, proposals or demonstrations where business analysis input is required.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Healthcare or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 2-3 years of business analysis or software-project experience is advantageous.
• Strong listening, analytical, documentation and presentation skills.
• Able to create clear process flows and translate business needs into structured requirements. Exposure to Agile, Jira, SQL, APIs, BPMN, healthcare operations or enterprise software is a plus. Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
