Lead requirements gathering workshops for BPM / workflow and ECM platform implementations, using structured and design-thinking approaches.
Analyse complex, document-heavy business processes to identify workflow automation and digitisation opportunities.
Define functional and non-functional requirements for BPM and ECM solutions, including document lifecycle management, workflow routing, indexing, search, reporting, and auditability.
Develop As-Is / To-Be process flows, BPMN diagrams, customer personas, and user journey maps.
Produce high-quality artefacts including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Solution Architects and delivery teams to validate workflow designs and ECM configurations against business requirements.
Identify system integration touchpoints with upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
Prepare UAT strategies, test cases, and scenarios specific to BPM workflows and ECM use cases.
Support UAT execution, defect triage, and business sign-offs.
Develop user guides, system administration documentation, and training materials to support long-term platform adoption.
Support change management and user onboarding activities across enterprise teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale BPM / workflow platform implementations.
Hands-on experience with ECM platforms such as NEWGEN, OpenText, IBM FileNet, or equivalent enterprise-grade solutions.
Strong expertise in business process modelling (BPMN) and workflow design.
Proven experience producing enterprise-grade requirement and process documentation.
Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven environments is a strong advantage.
