About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Process Analyst with strong expertise in the insurance and claims domain. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, define, and optimize business processes within insurance and claims operations.
  • Elicit, validate, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Support solution design, testing, and implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to drive operational efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Process Analyst within the insurance and claims industry.
  • Strong skills in requirement elicitation, documentation, and user story creation.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and business process modeling techniques.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to cross-functional teams.
