Ability to drive topics and handle the stakeholders (being the IT representative in some topics)
Creating Documentation
Gathering requirements and writing user stories
Proactive and can manage their own tasks
Able to understand and read programming code
Know-how of how microservices/API services work as L2 support team - AWS know-how (ECS, EKS, Cloudwatch, lambda function, S3 bucket, Redis cache)
