Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, IT, Law or related field.
Candidates with Certification/ Advanced Certification in AML/CFT will have an added advantage.
Minimum 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or compliance projects.
Familiarity with FATCA and CRS regulations is highly desirable.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Work closely with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and IT to elicit, document, and validate business requirements for FATCA and CRS projects.
Translate regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications.
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
Ensure all solutions adhere to FATCA and CRS regulatory obligations and internal compliance policies.
Monitor changes in regulations and assess impact on existing processes and systems.
Process & Data Analysis
Analyze current processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies which may have an impact on compliance reporting.
Perform data analysis to validate accuracy and completeness of FATCA and CRS reporting.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between business units, compliance, and technology teams.
