Job Purpose:
To analyze institutional business performance, understand market structure and dynamics, and provide data-driven insights to enhance and grow institutional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the company's institutional business model and competitors strategies to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and optimize market positioning.
- Monitor market trends, liquidity behavior, and other factors impacting institutional profitability.
- Gather and understand specific requirements from the Frontend team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into structured analysis and documentation, support SOP drafting and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Propose growth strategies and operational enhancements to strengthen institutional business.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare analytical reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience with basic understanding of institutional trading operations and market structure / financial markets (FX, CFD, or similar markets preferred).
- Experience in generating and organizing business documentation, SOPs, and translating requirements into actionable analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting/analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
