Role: Business Analyst

JD for BA
Develop and communicate requirements, including design, build, and test plans. Identify,
validate, and mitigate technology risks.
Develop innovative, efficient, effective, and scalable solutions. Evaluate usability and scalability
of solutions.
Understand functional requirements and tie them up with the current implementation and help
with the analysis required to implement the solutions
To work collaboratively with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering and
translation of business requirements and designs.
Strong BA experience and consultative skills. Not technology focused, more business focused)
Agile experience a must and Good communication skills
Understanding business functionality flows of various systems
MUST HAVE: Written Mandarin and Cantonese
MUST HAVE: Analytical skills and experience
Notes: This is not an ITBA role but more business transformation focused
MUST HAVE: At least 1 domain experience in retail banking OR wealth banking OR private
banking OR insurance
