Job Description
• 4 years + of experience in digital product management or business analysis roles within the digital space, with exposure to banking, fintech, wealth management ((unit trusts, bonds, portfolio advisory, digital investing, etc.), or financial services preferred and experience in digital operations transformation, process engineering, or digital channel initiatives will be an advantage.
• Experience improving operational performance through digitalisation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Hands on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence), with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall software development approaches across the digital product development lifecycle.
