Business Analyst (JuniorSenior) | Kuala Lumpur & Penang

We are looking for Business Analysts at both Junior and Senior levels to join our IT Services team in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and operation teams to deliver impactful IT and logistics solutions.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the tendering process and pre-sales meetings with business units.
• Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements from stakeholders.
• Take part in SOP/EDI flow discussions with business teams.
• Define project plans for system implementation.
• Work with architects and developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Carry out system integration testing and conduct UAT with users/customers.
• Provide training and support to end users when needed.
• Offer ongoing system support for smooth operations.

What We're Looking For

Junior Business Analyst (12 years experience)

• Degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Some hands-on experience in business application development, technical/business analysis.
• Basic programming knowledge (SQL Script, .NET or C#).
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Senior Business Analyst (34 years experience)

• Proven experience in business/technical analysis and IT system projects.
• Exposure to logistics domain or related industry preferred.
• Skilled in project management, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong problem-solving ability and leadership in driving business solutions.
