Business Analyst
1.Role Description
The Business Analyst bridges IAM business needs and technical delivery by translating stakeholder requirements into clear, agreed, and buildable data and analytics specifications.

Requirements & Analysis
oEliciting reporting and analytics requirements
oUnderstanding data grain and aggregation rules
Stakeholder Engagement
oTranslating business questions into data requirements
oFacilitating workshops and requirement walkthroughs
oManaging scope and expectation changes
Data Validation
oSQL for data validation and reconciliation
oAbility to analyse datasets and identify anomalies
oSupporting UAT and business sign-off
Documentation & Governance
oBusiness requirement documents (BRD)
oData definitions and business glossary
3.Required Experience
5+ years as BA in data, analytics, or reporting projects
Experience working with DW / BI platforms
Exposure to governance-driven environments (finance, risk, security a plus)
