Job Summary
Act as the key interface between Business, Technology, and Operations within a banking environment, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into secure, compliant, and scalable technology and operational solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact between Business, Technology, and Operations
- Understand and translate banking business needs into technology and process solutions
- Support projects, change requests, and production issues end-to-end
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution
- Communicate updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Work with senior management to support decisions
- Ensure solutions follow banking processes and regulatory requirements
Key Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- min 5 years experience in Banking
- Background as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst preferred
- Good knowledge of banking products and processes
- Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
- Familiar with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Able to clearly document requirements for technical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a regulated environment
