Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Consultant to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing clients, and driving project success. Your primary task will be to connect clients with our specialized project management services, for which you will receive a commission of 1.8% of the total netprofit value.

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients and opportunities in the construction sector.

- Present and sell Loyal Crest's project management solutions to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals.

- Work closely with clients to understand their project needs and propose tailored solutions.

- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to our project management team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting within the construction industry.

- Strong network of contacts in the construction sector.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
