Key responsibilities

Act as a business partner to key stakeholders, providing financial insights to support decision-making
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Deliver monthly management reports with clear variance analysis and actionable insights
Analyse product margins, customer profitability, and cost drivers to improve performance
Support pricing strategies and recommend improvements to enhance margins
Drive cost optimisation initiatives and identify efficiency opportunities
Develop financial models and support business cases, including capex and investment evaluation
Enhance reporting tools and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making
Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and governance practices

Role requirements

Degree in Accounting or Finance, with professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)
5-8 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, or commercial finance
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
Good business acumen with the ability to partner stakeholders across functions
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
