B. Job Responsibilities
Responsible for developing new business opportunities and supporting marketing
initiatives for Dai Suwon's one-stop industrial packaging solutions. The role focuses
on acquiring and managing high-value B2B customers in industries such as
electronics, renewable energy, and industrial manufacturing.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities for packaging products including
corrugated cartons, plastic packaging, foam cushioning, and wooden crates/pallets.
- Identify and approach potential high-value B2B customers such as multinational
manufacturers and industrial companies.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, market size, and potential
customers to support business expansion.
- Develop marketing materials including company profile, product presentations,
and technical slides for customer meetings.
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams to understand product
capabilities and propose suitable packaging solutions to customers.
- Support sales strategy development and expansion into new industries or
markets.
- Prepare reports and strategic insights directly to the CEO regarding market
opportunities and business development activities.

D. Competency Level
- Education : Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience : 1–3 years experience in business development, marketing, or sales in
a B2B environment.
- Skills : Strong research and analytical skills for market and industry studies
