Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the company's growth and sales targets.
Build and execute effective business development strategies to secure new projects and clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements, provide timely support, and follow up on business inquiries and opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
Manage and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotations).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
Follow up on sales opportunities and maintain an updated business pipeline.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
Experience within the Construction, Electrical, ELV, IT, AV, Telecommunications, or related industries will be an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using common digital and video conferencing tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within tight deadlines.
Comfortable working with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel for client meetings when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
