Your Role
As a Business Development member, you will play a key role in expanding our car park business across the Southern Region. You'll be actively involved in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing long-term partnerships.
What You Will Do
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Generate and follow up on business leads to convert opportunities into partnerships.
- Engage potential clients through cold calls, meetings, emails, and site visits.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable products and solutions.
- Work from a defined prospect list to secure long-term partners for the car park business.
- Ensure business surveys are conducted in accordance with project requirements and departmental standards.
- Represent the Company professionally in face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and written communications.
What You Need to Succeed
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facility/Property Management, or Real Estate Management.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Sales, Car Park Operations, Facility Management, or Retail/Property-related industries.
- Experience in car park operations or facility management will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated team leadership experience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Willingness to travel between sites within Johor and nearby regions.
- Independent, responsible, and disciplined with a proactive work attitude.
- Possess own transportation.
