Job Description

We're looking for a high-energy hunter + account growth operator to drive revenue and customer success across our HRMS platform and workforce analytics product.

This is a full-cycle, high-impact SaaS role where you will own everything from new business acquisition → deal closure → account expansion → customer success, while also shaping product direction through real client insights.

This position will be based in our Malaysia office located in Mid Valley, KL.

What you'll do

  • Drive new business across SME, mid-market, and enterprise clients
  • Own the full sales cycle (prospecting, demos, negotiation, closure)
  • Build and grow a strong SaaS pipeline across HRMS + analytics solutions
  • Onboard and manage clients to ensure strong adoption and value delivery
  • Act as trusted advisor to HR leaders and business stakeholders
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Translate client feedback into product improvements with our tech team
  • Support GTM strategy and market expansion efforts

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in SaaS business development, sales, or customer success
  • Proven hunter mindset with revenue-generating track record
  • Experience in HR tech, HRMS, or analytics platforms strongly preferred
  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
  • Excellent communication and commercial thinking
