BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Our growing company needs an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. Were searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. Also, an expert who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate and hungry for growth. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, fantastic working attitude and ownership.

A business development professional has three primary responsibilities:

1. Identifying new sales leads

2. Pitching products and/or services

3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Writing business proposals
• Negotiating with stakeholders
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Assist to achieve business goal.
