Overview

We are looking for sales driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for securing a new portfolio of clients as well as seeking out new clients. The role always ensures an excellent client experience and works in collaboration with the operations teams to ensure smooth transition of accounts into the business.

Duties:

  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients.
  • Assist to increase client base and manage sales pipeline.
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
  • Craft business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Follow industry trends locally and internationally.
  • Draft and review business contracts.

Undertake other duties as directed by immediate superior.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

  • Able to flourish with minimal guidance, self-motivate, proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

CRM experience is preferred.
