Job Title :

Business Development Executive

Role Overview :

We are looking for a driven and adaptable Business Development Executive with a solid foundation in IT and a strong understanding of solution-based selling. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly grasp technical concepts, engage in strategic discussions and identify how our integrated software, hardware and services can solve real-world problems especially for government, education and enterprise clients.

You will work closely with internal teams to understand the full scope of our offerings and translate them into opportunities that align with client needs. This is not a product-pushing sales role it requires consultative thinking and the ability to match solutions to specific pain points.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government, education and private sectors.
  • Understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions that combine our software, hardware and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders especially within ministries, agencies, universities and enterprise clients.
  • Create pitch decks, business proposals and quotations.
  • Support the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, including presentations, demos and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and activities using CRM tools.
  • Assist in tender preparation, pricing strategy and solution positioning when needed.

Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business with IT or a related technical discipline (fresh graduates welcomed to apply).
  • Strong interest and understanding of IT concepts such as SaaS, cloud solutions, digital transformation, AI or RFID.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong solution-selling mindset ability to frame how our offerings solve client-specific challenges.
  • Self-driven, resourceful and comfortable working across technical and business teams.
  • Willing to travel across Malaysia
  • Prior experience dealing with government clients, procurement cycles and compliance processes will be an advantage
  • Experience in responding to RFPs, RFQs and government tenders will be beneficial.
