About the Role
We are hiring a motivated Sales Executive to help expand TAGY, our SaaS platform built to digitalise MSMEs across Malaysia. You will identify merchant needs, present TAGY's solutions, and drive subscription growth through consultative selling and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard MSMEs across sectors, including F&B, car wash, retail, clinics, beauty, and services
Conduct product demos and walkthroughs to show how TAGY improves sales, operations, HR, and compliance
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a smooth handover to the onboarding team
Participate in digitalisation events, roadshows, and grant programmes to acquire new merchants
Maintain an organised pipeline, document progress, and provide weekly sales updates
Understand merchant pain points and recommend suitable TAGY modules such as POS, CRM, HR, Inventory, and e-invoice
Build long-term relationships for renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction
Provide feedback to improve product features and overall customer experience
Requirements
Good communication and presentation skills
Interest in technology and business digitalisation
Ability to explain product features in simple and practical terms
Self-driven and able to manage time well
Comfortable with field visits and meeting merchants on site
Experience in SaaS, POS systems, or MSME digitalisation is an added advantage
TikTok Live experience is a bonus
Compensation
Base salary
Commission of 25 percent on successful sales
