The role will be located in Petaling Jaya with flexibility for some remote work.

Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Executive role at Fish Camp Learning Sdn Bhd. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. The day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client accounts, providing product demonstrations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role based in Petaling Jaya with flexibility for some remote work.

Activities include:

• Increasing the value provided to our current customers, managing existing programs and projects with them.
• Engaging in consultative sales to identify client needs and provide relevant expertise and solutions.
• Customize learning solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Stay up-to-date with new learning technologies and market needs
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails and social media

Qualifications

• Proven track record in account management or sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Understanding of HR consultancy, leadership development, or organizational training is a strong advantage
