Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bayan Lepas, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering relationships with existing and potential clients. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions while driving business growth and achieving revenue targets. The candidate will also represent the company in networking events to expand the client base and market reach.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business operations and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales and business development goals
  • Proficiency in managing and nurturing client accounts effectively
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate leadership qualities, and adapt to a hybrid work model
  • Previous experience in training, consultancy, or a related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
